Viennese Sable Cookies
  1. 200 g apple sauce
  2. 80 g Vitafiber powder
  3. A pinch of salt
  4. 40 g egg white
  5. 120 g egg, whey, milk protein blend My Protein Total Protein, cream and strawberry or your favorite flavor
  6. Melted chocolate of your choice (milk, semi-sweet, dark) for decoration, optional
  7. Hazelnuts, optional
  1. Mix apple sauce and Vitafiber.
  2. Add the egg white and a pinch of salt.
  3. Whisk until combined.
  4. Add the protein powder and the flour. Fold until smooth.
  5. Transfer to a pastry bag fitted with a large star pastry tip.
  6. Pipe some O and W shapes.
  7. Bake in the overn preheated at 360 degrees F. (180┬░ C), for 5-7 minutes. The edges must start to turn brown but do not overcook.
  8. If you like, dip cookies in melted chocolate and in hazelnuts.
