Myofusion Protein Blend Lemon Cake
- 4 Myofusion scoops, vanilla flavor or strawberry
- Half a cup Greek yogurt, no fat
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A lemon slice for decoration (optional)
- In a large mixing bowl combine thoroughly all thr ingredients. The batter will be thick.
- Pour the batter into a silicone mold.
- Bake in a 350°C oven for 10 minutes or until a knife can be inserted and removed cleanly.
- Serve warm with crème fraiche, protein fluff or icecream, light whipped cream. Otherwise, cool completely before serving.
